In recent years, a large number ofcircRNA molecules have been found in organisms to exert biological functions through various pathways. Breakthrough research showing that natural circRNAs can serve as translation templates to directly translate peptides or proteins has made it possible to develop circRNA as a carrier for therapeutic drugs; compared with linear RNAs such as mRNA, the closed-loop structure of circRNA greatly prolongs its half-life in the body, and this stable structure is highly favorable for sustained expression of functional proteins/peptides.

Except for circ-EPO, circ-Trp53, circ-TP53, circ-eGFP, circ-Fluc, circ-mCherry and endogenous circular RNAs, all other circRNA off-the-shelf products are tagged with 3xFlag and can have their expression products detected using anti-Flag antibodies.
