Gisea BioTaqMan probe method for mycoplasma detection, based on TaqMan qPCR, targets the conserved region sequence of mycoplasma 16S rRNA, with specific primers and a fluorescent probe (FAM-labeled) designed for detection of mycoplasma DNA. This kit can directly use biological materials such as cell culture supernatant or serum as templates and can detect up to 16 common and uncommon mycoplasma types. The kit contains a dUTP/UNG enzyme system to prevent false positives caused by aerosol contamination of PCR products, greatly improving detection accuracy.
