This kit utilizes recombinant T7 RNA polymerase and Biotin-NTP Mix as substrates to rapidly and efficiently synthesize biotin-labeled RNA in vitro. The synthesized biotin-labeled RNA can be used for RNA pull-down, Northern blot, in situ hybridization, and other experiments. When using 1 μg of DNA template, the amount of RNA produced per reaction is not less than 50 μg.
Transport at low temperature, store at -25 to -18°C, shelf life 12 months.
